Is this a real shop?
No. It is a live demonstration store run by CAIDEL to showcase our AI shopping assistant. Orders are never fulfilled and no payment is ever taken.
Do you ship outside the EU?
No. This store ships to 14 EU countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Poland.
When is delivery free?
Orders over €50 ship free within the Netherlands, and orders over €75 ship free to Belgium and Germany.
Can I collect my order instead?
In the demo flow, yes — local pickup is offered free of charge. The pickup address is fictional, so nothing is actually collected.
Products and skin
How do I know which products suit my skin type?
Every product is tagged with the skin types it suits — oily, dry, combination, sensitive, normal or mature — and with the concern it targets. Ask the AI assistant and it will filter for you.
Which products are fragrance-free?
Our chamomile cleanser, bamboo exfoliator, agave hair mask, blueberry and calendula facial oils, and the cocoa butter lip balm are all fragrance-free.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Every product in the catalogue is vegan and cruelty-free. A subset is also organic-certified, which is shown on the product page.
What does cold-pressed mean for a facial oil?
The oil is extracted mechanically without heat, which preserves the fatty acids and vitamins that heat degrades. All Bloom oils are cold-pressed.
Using the products
In what order should I apply my products?
Cleanse, then tone or mist, then serum, then facial oil, then moisturiser. Apply thinnest to thickest and let each layer absorb.
How often should I exfoliate?
Twice a week is enough for most skin. Sensitive skin should start once a week with an enzyme exfoliant rather than a scrub.
Can I use a facial oil if my skin is oily?
Yes. Lightweight oils such as our blueberry antioxidant oil are non-comedogenic and can help balance oil production. Apply two or three drops at night.
How long do the products keep once opened?
Each label carries a period-after-opening symbol. Most creams and oils are 12 months; the mists are 6 months once opened.
Returns
Can I return something I have opened?
Only if it is faulty or caused a skin reaction. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
My glass bottle arrived broken. What now?
Photograph the parcel and the item and email us within 48 hours. We send a replacement and you do not need to return the broken one.
