This is the CAIDEL demo store. It is a working WooCommerce shop we use to showcase our AI shopping assistant on real catalogue data. Products are fictional, and no order placed here is fulfilled or charged.
What we collect
If you place a demonstration order we store the name, email and address you enter, together with the order contents, so that the checkout flow behaves realistically.
How long we keep it
Demonstration order data is deleted every 30 days. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell it.
Analytics
This site runs analytics and session-recording tooling so we can improve the assistant. Recordings are anonymised and we exclude form fields from capture.
The AI assistant
Questions you type into the CAIDEL assistant are sent to CAIDEL-hosted services in the EU in order to generate an answer. Do not enter personal or sensitive information into the assistant.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Email info@caidel.com and we respond within 30 days.
