Your right to return
You may return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with EU distance-selling rules.
How to return an item
- Email info@caidel.com with your order number.
- We send a prepaid PostNL label within one business day.
- Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving with us.
Hygiene exceptions
Cosmetics are personal-care goods. Once a product’s seal is broken we can only accept it back if it is faulty or if it caused a documented skin reaction.
- Opened lip and hand products cannot be returned unless faulty
- Facial oils and serums can be returned within 14 days if you have a reaction — tell us which ingredient
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- Items marked final sale cannot be returned
Damaged in transit
Glass breaks occasionally. Photograph the parcel and the item, email info@caidel.com within 48 hours, and we replace it with no return required.
